Returns & Exchanges
We understand that buying a special occasion gown is a significant decision. Our staff is committed to helping you find the perfect dress and will take as much time as needed to ensure you are happy with your choice before your purchase is finalized.
I No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or change of plans.
- Fit or sizing issues discovered after purchase.
- Color appearing different in a different lighting environment.
- Event cancellation or postponement.
We strongly encourage all customers to try on gowns and confirm sizing, color, and style with a member of our team before completing their purchase.
II Special Orders
Special orders — including gowns ordered in a specific color, size, or style not currently in stock — are non-refundable. In limited circumstances, store credit may be issued at our sole discretion for special order cancellations made within a reasonable timeframe before the order is placed with the manufacturer.
Once a special order has been placed with our supplier, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.
III Alterations
Alterations are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise agreed in writing. We recommend consulting with a professional seamstress or tailor. We are happy to provide recommendations upon request.
We are not responsible for any alterations made to garments after purchase.
IV Defective or Damaged Items
If you believe a garment has a manufacturing defect, please bring it to our attention at the time of pickup or within 48 hours of receiving your item. We will review the issue with you in good faith and work with our suppliers where possible. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for any remedy.
V Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for purchase in-store. They are non-refundable and have no cash value. Gift certificates may be applied toward any in-store purchase and do not expire.
