Accessibility Statement
Elizabeth's Boutique is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe every customer deserves a dignified and equal experience, online and in our store.
I Our Commitment
We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and hold ourselves to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our standard. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
II What We Are Doing
Our ongoing accessibility efforts include:
- Using sufficient color contrast throughout the site so text is readable for users with low vision.
- Providing descriptive alt text on images so screen readers can convey visual content.
- Ensuring navigation is operable by keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse.
- Using semantic HTML to support assistive technologies such as screen readers.
- Including an accessibility widget on every page to allow users to adjust text size, contrast, and other display preferences.
- Regularly reviewing and testing our website for accessibility issues.
III Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some third-party content or embedded tools may not yet meet all guidelines. We are working to address these areas and welcome your feedback to help us prioritize improvements.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website, please contact us. We will do our best to provide the information or assistance you need through an alternative means.
